Helping someone along the way

We help people claim money the government is holding in their name.

If you received a letter or call from us, our research shows funds may belong to you or someone in your family. We handle the paperwork and recovery process for you.

The problem

More than $4 billion in unclaimed funds is sitting with state and federal agencies.

When the rightful owner doesn't come forward, the government keeps the money. Roughly 1 in 10 Americans have unclaimed property held by a state treasury today.

These laws were written to protect the public and return money to the people it belongs to. In practice, most owners never know they had a claim in the first place.

Our process

Three steps from a public record to money in your hands.

Read the full process
01

Audit

We review public records at state and federal agencies to identify funds that have not been claimed by their owners.

02

Notify

When records point to you or a relative, we reach out by mail or phone. We never ask for bank, card, or Social Security details.

03

Recover

We prepare and file the claim with the holding agency and follow it through until the money is released to you.

Who we are

A small team that spends its days reading public records so you don't have to.

If you've heard from us, it's because something in those records pointed to you or your family. We'll explain what we found, where it's held, and what it takes to claim it.

No upfront fees, no pressure, and no requests for sensitive personal information. If a recovery isn't possible, you don't owe us anything.

Time-sensitive

Unclaimed funds don't sit there forever.

After a holding period, agencies can permanently absorb the funds through a process called escheatment. Once that happens, recovery becomes much harder, and in some cases impossible. The earlier we look at your file, the better.
