Records review

We read through public agency records — tax sales, refunds, escrow accounts, estate funds — to find money that hasn't been claimed.

Outreach

When the records point to you or a relative, we get in touch by mail or phone. We tell you what we found and where it's held. No bank, card, or full SSN required.

Paperwork

If you'd like us to handle the claim, we gather the documentation the holding agency requires and prepare a complete claim package on your behalf.

Release of funds

We file the claim and follow up with the agency until the money is released. Our fee comes out of the recovered funds at the end — nothing upfront.
